This website serves an informational and commercial purpose: to describe the data infrastructure and access control platform for AI agents developed by Opendome, to publish technical and compliance documentation, and to make it easy for interested people and organisations to get in touch.
Access to the site is free and open, except for those sections whose use requires registration or credentials. Browsing this site confers the status of user and implies acceptance of this legal notice in the version published at the time of access. If you do not agree with its content, please refrain from using the site.
03 Terms of use
Users undertake to use the site in accordance with the law, with this legal notice and in good faith. In particular, they undertake:
Not to introduce or distribute unlawful or defamatory content, or content that infringes third-party rights.
Not to carry out actions that may damage, overload, disable or impair the site, its services, or the systems of Opendome or of third parties.
Not to attempt to access restricted areas, other users’ data, or the Company’s systems without authorisation.

Opendome reserves the right to deny or withdraw access to the site, without prior notice, to anyone who breaches these terms.
04 Intellectual and industrial property
Site content
The text, images, diagrams, documentation, whitepapers, trade marks, logos, design and code of this website belong to Opendome or to third parties who have authorised their use, and are protected by Spanish and European intellectual and industrial property law. Except with express authorisation, their reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation for commercial purposes is not permitted.
Quoting and linking to the published content is permitted, as is the partial reproduction of text for informational, journalistic or analytical purposes, provided the source is identified and the original page is linked.
Software
Opendome’s platform core is distributed under a free and open source licence (Apache-2.0), on the terms set out in the repository and its licence file. Nothing in this legal notice restricts the rights that licence grants to its recipients. The commercial components (consoles and management plane) are distributed under a proprietary source-available licence, on the terms of their contract. Third-party components incorporated into the open source distribution are listed, together with their licences and notices, in its THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES file.
Opendome maintains an open source licence compliance programme aligned with OpenChain (ISO/IEC 5230), which includes generating SBOMs and publishing third-party notices. Enquiries, source code requests or communications relating to licence compliance may be addressed to oss-compliance@opendome.eu.
Third-party trade marks
Third-party trade marks, trade names and logos appearing on this site belong to their respective owners. They are mentioned for identification or descriptive purposes and imply no association, sponsorship or endorsement.
05 Links
Outbound links. This site may contain links to third-party sites — among others, code repositories, professional network profiles, documentation for open source projects, or sources cited in our content. Opendome does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices or terms of use. Including a link implies no endorsement of, or connection with, the owner of the linked site.
Trust portal. The portal trust.opendome.eu is a site operated by Opendome to publish security and compliance information. Its use may be subject to specific terms, including signing a confidentiality agreement to access certain documentation.
Inbound links. Linking to this site is permitted provided the link points to the full page, does not reproduce the content within frames or present it in a way that misleads as to its origin, and does not suggest a commercial or sponsorship relationship that does not exist.
06 Liability
The content of this site is informational and general in nature. Opendome endeavours to keep it accurate and up to date, but does not warrant that it is free from error or that the information remains current, particularly on technical and regulatory matters subject to change.
No information published on this site constitutes legal, technical or regulatory compliance advice applicable to a specific case, nor a binding contractual offer.
Service terms, service levels, warranties and the processing of data on the customer’s behalf are governed exclusively by the contract signed with each customer and by their data processing agreement (DPA), which prevail over any commercial description published here.
Opendome is not liable for damage arising from use of the site, from being unable to access it, from interruptions or transmission errors, or from the presence of harmful elements introduced by third parties, without prejudice to any liability imposed by mandatory law.
07 Security and responsible disclosure of vulnerabilities
Opendome welcomes the responsible disclosure of vulnerabilities in its website, its services or its software. We undertake to acknowledge reports received through this channel and to keep reporters informed of their status.
What we ask of you. That you give us a reasonable period to analyse and fix the problem before making it public, and that you coordinate disclosure with us.
What is not authorised. Testing that degrades the service, accesses third-party data, alters information, or involves social engineering against our staff or customers.
